Natalie Heptinstall (Associate)

Natalie has been working as an associate since November 2017.  Natalie has a wealth of experience in supporting individuals and groups.  Natalie's experience includes many years working in education, supporting young learners with their development.

Natalie also has experience of providing pastoral support for students and 1-2-1 coaching to help learners achieve their best.

Melanie Furniss (Associate)

Melanie has worked as an associate since 2017.  Melanie has over 10 years' experience in the training industry.  She specialises in the design and delivery of soft skills training, offering delivery both face-to-face and via MS Teams.  Melanie also has experience of implementing new systems into organisations, including HR systems, exam scheduling software and exam delivery systems.  In addition, Melanie has experience in the management of staff, end-to-end recruitment processes and project management.  Melanie's experience spans both the public and private sectors.
